Sean C. Burke and Daniel E. O’Brien founded Burke & O’Brien as a personal injury law firm in 2004. For fifteen years before that, both Sean and Dan practiced extensively as trial lawyers. Both graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1989. Since the inception of Burke & O’Brien, we have been dedicated to vigorously protecting and enhancing the interests of our clients in all aspects of personal injury litigation.
